The Lincoln Memorial is open for touring to the public 24 hours a day, 7 days a week--except Christmas Day.
National Park Service rangers on site to take your questions and comments about the Lincoln Memorial from 9:30 am to 11:30 pm each day, except December 25th. The rangers also provide information programs every hour starting at 10 am until 11 pm. You can receive free interpretive Ranger talks via your telephone. Dial (202) 747-3420 to hear new Lincoln Memorial programs organized around more than ten themes including, The Gettysburg Address, Debunking the Myths of the Lincoln Memorial, and the Life and Times of the Lincoln the Man.
Audio & Video Downloads
The website of the National Park Service offers free audio and video downloads about various aspects of President Lincoln and the Lincoln Memorial. These reflections on the man and the monument are provided by NPS rangers who have, in some cases, spent years offer tours to visitors. For more info, click here.

In addition, there are several exhibits on display in the lower level of the Lincoln Memorial.
Fees & Reservations
The Lincoln Memorial has no visitor fees or reservations associated with it. However, planned events may necessitate a permit. See the permit section for more information.
West End of the National Mall in Washington, DC.
The Lincoln Memorial bookstore is located on the chamber level of the Memorial. It sells souvenirs, books and education material related to the president and the memorial. Sale proceeds support the NPS and National Mall. The Lincoln Memorial bookstore is open 9 am to 6pm.
Restrooms are available at the ground level (chamber level) of the memorial.
For the handicapped and disabled, access to the main hall is reached by elevator from the lower level.
