For vehicles exiting daily, hourly, and economy lots within ten minutes of entry, there is no charge for parking at Dulles Airport. Free shuttle buses provide transportation to and from rental car lots and parking garages.

For airport pickups, drivers can park for free at the Cellphone Waiting Area. Arriving airport passengers, after their plane lands, can call the driver's cell phone to meet at the terminal exit.
